The year 2025 marked the maturity of the digital system in navigating external audits and quality supervision:
Digital Audit Readiness: Successfully passing the KAN accreditation surveillance with the support of an integrated digital documentation system (organized Internal & External Document Masterlists).
Real-Time Technical Monitoring: Development of monitoring dashboards for draught survey activities and coal analysis, enabling management to conduct technical reviews with greater precision.
