The year 2023 marked the starting point for the transition from physical documentation to a semi-digital system. The main focuses during this period were:
Internal Data Centralization: Initiating the migration of quality document archives (ISO 17020 & ISO 17025) into cloud-based storage to ensure accessibility across branches.
Administrative Digitalization: Implementing basic digital tools for recording field operational activities to gradually reduce the use of paper forms.
