In the second year, PT ZAI accelerated its progress by adopting automation to mitigate human error within technical bureaucratic processes:
Automated Reporting System Implementation: Leveraging advanced formulas and automated scripts (such as Google Apps Script) to expedite data processing for laboratory analysis and inspection results.
Multi-Location Alignment: Synchronizing systems between the head office and branch offices (Samarinda, Banjarbaru, Palembang) to ensure uniform operational standards in audit monitoring and compliance.
