Strenghtening Synergy in Melak :
PT Zafina Analitika Inspektama Board Of Directors Conducts Operational Review at Site PT Citra Dayak Indah
MELAK, EAST KALIMANTAN
In an effort to strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure the highest service standards, the Board of Directors of PT Zafina Analitika Inspektama (ZAI) conducted an official working visit to the PT Citra Dayak Indah (CDI) Mining Site located in Melak, West Kutai. This visit is part of PT ZAI's commitment to directly oversee the established cooperation within the scope of Quality Monitoring for the entire process of coal production through to sales at the location.
Listening and Innovating for Customer Satisfaction
The main focus of this visit was to strengthen management relations and conduct a thorough evaluation of operational facilities in the field. The Board of Directors of PT ZAI interacted directly with the site team to review workflow effectiveness and ensure every sampling and testing procedure runs according to strict ISO standards.
"Our presence here is a form of responsibility to listen directly to the customer's voice. Input and feedback from PT Citra Dayak Indah are valuable assets for us to continue innovating our services," said a PT ZAI management representative during the inspection.
